I’ve been taking this product for around 10 weeks and I can say that this really does work. I did not measure anything when I first started because I did not want to be consumed by how many inches of growth there was.

4. Do 3 sets of butt clenches (whilst standing up straight, muscle sqeeze and clench your butt cheeks together for 10 seconds; repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 repetitions),  rest

5. Use a dry skin brush to vigorously brush your thighs upward, to encourage the fat to go to your butt.

6. Get some olive oil (or just use vegetable oil if you don’t have any) and lean over your bed.

7. Deep-tissue massage your butt for at least 5 minutes.

8. Place a warm compress on your butt for about 5 minutes.

This works by encouraging a LOT of blood to flow to your butt, thereby swelling the area up to an inch.


Although it requires sone work, it’s great for getting those butt rounding muscles in shape, and it’s great for your skin.

To do squats, stand with your feet hip-width apart  and the squat as though you are ‘sitting’ on a chair with your thighs parallel to the ground. Keeping the weight on your heels, push yourself up slowly until you’re back to the original standing position.

Repeat for 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions and you can add weights for more intensity.

Do this exercise 1 or 2 times per week, in 2 to 3 sets of 12 to 16 repetitions. This works well either with no weights, or with medium to heavy weights.



STEP UPS

This is done by placing one foot on a step or platform and pushing through your heel to lift your body up. Keep in mind, you’ll have to use a step that’s high enough.

Repeat 20 times alternating the legs.



LUNGES
